At our store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with their furniture purchases. We have a 12 month manufacturing guarantee. If your furniture experiences a defect we require an inspection by a third party furniture repair company such as Castelan Group. This inspection helps identify any manufacturing faults.

If a manufacturing fault is found, we aim to first attempt a repair. If repair is not feasible, we will explore alternative solutions. Should the inspection confirm a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse the inspection fee of 72 gbp, which is required to pay if the customers furniture is 6 months or over and is still on the 12 month guarantee. However, if the claim is found to be invalid, the inspection fee will not be reimbursed. You are welcome to choose any furniture repair company for the inspection, but we must receive a formal report from the chosen company to proceed with any complaint.
