All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee excluding ex-display models, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship, including sofa bed and recliner mechanisms.

To maintain the integrity of our guarantee, it's essential to clarify certain exclusions. Regrettably, deliberate damage, such as rough handling or neglecting proper maintenance, falls outside our coverage. Please be aware that the guarantee is designed for domestic use only and does not extend to furniture used in workplaces or businesses. Notably, the 12-month guarantee includes one exchange, if required, with distinct procedures for claims initiated after the initial 6 months from delivery. Wear and tear, misuse, failure to maintain, commercial use, natural fading, incorrect assembly, and damage caused by unexpected actions are also excluded, as well as items such as small replacements, electrical components, and issues reported beyond 30 days from installation.
