How does delivery workUpdated a month ago

Your order will be delivered in 1-7 working days if your item is in stock. This excludes external delivery for Scotland. You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date once you have placed your order. On the day of you delivery your item will arrive  between 7am - 7pm. The evening before your delivery you will receive a text with a 2 hour time window. On the day of delivery you will receive another text with live tracking. This will all be sent to your mobile number.

We use a 2 or 3 person delivery team who will deliver into a room of your choice and set the sofa up at no extra charge. This excludes all flat pack items. We do not set up beds and wooden furniture. These come with instructions that the customer can use to build the item themselves. 

Please note: We will require a person at the intended destination to sign for the goods upon delivery.

Please check for any damage before our delivery team have left the property and advise them of any concerns you may have prior to signing the paperwork. This does not affect your 12 month guarantee. Please do not sit on the armrests of the sofa as any damages caused by misuse will not be covered by the 12 month manufacturing guarantee, particularly on sofa models whereby the armrests are adjustable

We kindly ask you to dispose of the sofa packaging which is recyclable plastic and cardboard.

If you need to amend your order please provide us with a minimum notice of 2 working days. If you are unavailable for your delivery and don't provide us with sufficient notice, this may incur a re-delivery fee, so we do ask you to ensure you are available on the above provided delivery date! Additionally, if you miss your delivery and cancel your order, the delivery fee is non-refundable. Therefore we kindly ask you to ensure you are available for the delivery.

You will get a confirmation email confirming your delivery date. We deliver yo certain post code on certain days of the week. If the item is in stock then delivery is usually within 1-7 business days. If the item is out of stock and delivery will take longer you will be notified of your delivery date in the confirmation email. Delivery costs 99 gbp for England and Wales, and for Scotland orders it is 129 gbp. This cost will be applied at checkout.
